Currently, ONDC’s food delivery service is available only in Delhi and Bangalore. Soon, The delivery service will start in most of the major Metro cities.

Steps to use ONDC via Paytm

Open the payment app Paytm.
Log in or sign up with your details.
Go to the home page and search for ONDC from the top search bar available in the Paytm app.
You will now get to see many categories that are available right on the ONDC platform according to your city.

ONDC does not have a support line, all buyer issues are to be raised from the Buyer App & sellers are to raise all issues on the Seller APP. For issues that cannot be resolved by the partner apps. ONDC has established an Issue and Grievance Framework (Chapter 6) on which you can register your complaint or query.

Are ONDC prices better than Swiggy and Zomato?

Why there is no ONDC App?

ONDC is not an application. ONDC is a platform that provides a set of APIs to various Apps so they can connect with each other and enter into transactions and increase the initiative started by the Government of India.

I also tried ONDC and found that they are actually charging less amount compared to other food delivery apps. Right now they are also offering a Rs.50 discount with free delivery on No minimum order. It’s a good offer to try the platform.
